Imbema Rhiwa sanding technology supplies a wide range of sanding belts to the wood-processing industry. A lot of these belts can be supplied from stock but, if there is no suitable size in stock, a stock range can be launched with the customer. As there are a lot of other applications in which sanding materials are used, Imbema Rhiwa sanding technology also has a considerable range of conventional sanding products in addition to sanding belts. Our sanding specialists will be happy to help you choose the right product for the required application.
In addition to wood, an increasing amount of plastic is being processed, for example in the manufacture of windmills and yachts and by suppliers to the automotive industry (bumpers and interiors) and the sanitary applications industry. We provide solutions for processes ranging from the sanding of fibre-glass-reinforced plastic to the sanding and polishing of special surfaces.
If the surface to be finished is of plastic and varnish, obviously more sanding material is used. Here too it is very important that as smooth an end result as possible is achieved. Farécla buffing and polishing materials provide this.
As well as these sanding materials, we also supply a full range of supplementary products such as sanding machines, sanding pads and dust extraction systems.
